In the early morning of November 3rd, 2013 my dad and I were very lucky to find a herd of wild Elk 22 members strong, with a 6x6 monarch Bull Elk in the mix. There was also 2 other smaller bulls, 14 cows, and 5 calves (smaller bulls had already walked over a nearby hill before this video was taken). I wasn't able to get any closer as my crawling had already given my position away, but since Elk do not have great eye sight like White-tailed Deer do they couldn't really tell what I was and so they were not the nervous. When all of the Elk walked behind the same hill that the two younger bulls had walked behind a half hour before I stood up in the field and my dad walked out towards me.
